The Co-op (secret) Garden

Tiny can be mighty productive

The next time you're at the Co-op, grab a sandwich and go to the patio area on the east side of the building.  There you can enjoy the sun and the tiny garden view. Tucked behind the ornamental garden is a deer proofed Food Bank garden where the spinach was just harvested and the peas and Napa cabbage are taking off.

Garden Manager, Ruth Blyther does a terrific job of showing just how much can be beautifully grown on a bit of land.
