Three little pigs recycle PTFB spoilage

Making the most from what's left

5-2-23

Dundee Hill Community Garden  is part of the Food Bank Growers network. They share their surplus grown on 10,000SF. The garden is soon to be joined by affordable housing as part of Olympic Housing Trust's exciting venture to create 5 homes on this donated land.

(Top Left) The three little pigs help recycle damaged produce from the foodbank. [Most goes to a large farm in Chimacum with 100 pigs.]

(Below) New squash are mounding in the field.

The greenhouse starts are nearly ready for planting and sharing. [Those tomatoes will be worth waiting for!]
