Last week Mary Beth Haralovich surprised past FBG President, Food Bank Worker, and all-about-town volunteer Kathy Ryan with a certificate for being nominated as Citizen of the Year for Jefferson County.  To be nominated, it means that those who she works with and benefits recognize and appreciate the years of effort she has put forward to patch all the holes in the food safety net.
