Flower FULL Spring Rolls

Wrapping Up  Family Fun

Don't just look at the flowers in your garden, some are wonderful to eat with your eyes first and then...

Some common local flowers include: lilac, peony, pansy, violets, elderflower, tulip, nasturtium and many more.

Pictured are spring rolls assembled by Grower Mary Hunt. She says, "Make sure you put the flowers down first and then layer the rest of the ingredients before rolling to have them seen through the rice paper skin. Shown: blue borage and super thin cut (and bendable) radish."
