FBG Volunteers and PT Gleaners celebrate their accomplishments

What a great night to gather and swap stories of what grows, what goes, and what goes right! Fifty-four growers and gleaners filled the Quimper Grange with pounds of stories and also learned about the work in other gardens and what the PT Gleaners have been up to.

Our thanks to Barbara Tusting for being the anchor host at the Quimper Grange, Mado Most for pulling the on-site pieces together, Noreen Andrews for sending out and managing invites and then honoring our retiring gardeners, Mary Beth Haralovich for saving the tech day, Susan Capps for the Golden Parsley parting gift, and Mary Hunt for MC-ing the night.

Special thanks to Sallie Cymbalski and Judith Johnson for their years (and YEARS) of dedication to Community Gardens and the Food Bank Growers.
